Job Description:
Seeking a top notch part-time PEO sales account executive. The ideal candidate is someone with solid B2B relationship skills who enjoys finding new business opportunities. This is a virtual outside part-time sales role with an unlimited territory targeting employers, specifically business owners, HR departments and financial executives. There is a lot of creativity and flexibility in this role; however, it does require persistence and the “hunter” mentality. Very good commission compensation.
Job Requirements:
- Must have PEO sales experience and established relationships with health insurance brokers. 90% of business comes from agencies or PEO brokers
- Comfortable working with clients in both the gray and white space
- Demonstrate ability to meet sales goals
- Ability to influence and persuade decision makers over the phone and face to face
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Experience developing own lead opportunities
